instructions on Double In Double/Out Games:
B. All players start with (X) 01 and attempt to reach zero.
C. DI (Double In) or DO (Double Out) games will be designated on the dartboard and will be played as follows:
o DI your score will not count until you first hit an outer ring double.

For a player to be allowed to take out a game, his partner’s score must be equal or less than the combined total of the opponents 2 scores. The player’s personal score does not matter.
Note
If the LOCKOUT RULE applies and a player takes out the game anyway the point will go to the opposing team.
|
I |
instructions on Cricket Games:
A. There are two objectives that must be accomplished in order to win a cricket game.

Once you both have closed a number neither of you can score on it.
|
Chapter 5 |
We really don’t like to see forfeits, protests, penalties, and fines but they do sometimes occur and they must be outlined to make sure that everyone is treated equal in any given situation.
Forfeits
|
W |
hat to do in a forfeit situation:
A. A specific start time will be designated for each league, typically 7:30pm (real time not bar time)
o Play is to start at the specified time unless; both team captains have made other arrangements.
B. If a team has not shown up or called within 15 minutes of the start time then, the match will be considered a forfeit.
o If the team calls and states that they are on their way then, it is of the discretion of the captains to wait.
Ø There will be a 15-minute courtesy rule for travel time and bad weather.
v Do not forfeit unless absolutely necessary.
ü If you do have to forfeit a match, Team Captains must contact the league coordinator as soon as possible.
o In a case that there is a forfeit the league office will assign wins and losses.
Ø Forfeits are based on that teams win% (average number of wins as of the week of the forfeit)
o If the forfeit would fall within the 1st two weeks of league.
Ø Your team will receive majority of the % until your team has a three-week average, at that time we will adjust the score to your three-week average.
o All prize money will be lost and your team will be expelled from the league if your team:
Ø Forfeits during the last 4 weeks of league play.
Ø If your team forfeits twice during the same league.
|
I |
f a team is expelled or drops out of a league this will effect the stats in several ways:
This is a decision for the coordinator that is not an easy one because every league is separate and distinct from one another.
A. If a team is expelled or drops from a league the decision will be based on:
o The number of teams within the league
o The number of weeks that the team dropping had actually played
o The number of weeks left in the league
o Whether it is a single round or a double round robin
B. If a team is expelled or drops in the beginning of a league:
o It will be treated as a bye week
C. If a team is expelled or drops at the end of a round:
o The teams that have not yet played that team will be given their win% or 51% of the games played in a match
All decisions are left up to the coordinator and will be based on what is best and fairest for all of the teams in the league.
Protests
|
A |
Protest is initiated by the home/opposing Team Captain notifying the opposing/home Team captain and by writing PROTEST on the envelope in place of a signature.
A. What needs to be done in a protest situation:
o The match will be continued to completion.
o All protest must be submitted in writing to the league coordinator within 48 hours of the match.
Ø It must contain all information necessary for someone who was not there to render a decision.
Ø A $20.00 fee is due with the written protest.
v If the protest is deemed valid, the money will be refunded; otherwise, it is added to the prize money.
B. The first actions taken on a protest:
o The League Coordinator needs to intervene and talk to the involved parties and attempt to reach an agreeable solution.
Ø If no solutions can be reached, the matter will go to the Player Board of Directors and their decision will be final.
o All protests will be resolved within 2 weeks from the occurrence.

State Dart Tournament
|
I |
n order for a league to be eligible for the 1st place winning team to be eligible to win trip money toward the State Dart Tournament the league must have had at least 6 or teams.
There are several ways a team/player must qualify:
NewTrip Money in 2009 |
1. A team must participate in both fall and winter sessions.
2. If a player has already won his/her money for the trip, then he/she cannot help another team win a position at first place.
3. Each player on the team must have played a minimum of 5 weeks in the fall session and 5 weeks in the winter session.
4. A player may play on more than one league (through Bullseye Amusements) but may only win trip money once.
q The teams winning 1st place in the fall and winter sessions will have the option of receiving trip money for the State Dart Tournament.
· If the 1st place team turns down the trip money, then we will revert to the 2nd place team only.
· If for some reason all players from the winning team cannot go:
v The team does have the option of taking original team subs that have played at least 3 matches with this team and the player must have also played 5 weeks in fall session and 5 weeks in the winter session to qualify as their 4th player for winning trip money for the entire team and will be paid out individually at the dart tournament.
v If your team does not have a qualified sub/player listed and played at 3 least matches for your team. We will still give winning trip money to the 3 players that are qualified as long as they are taking the trip.
Ø A team may add a substitution (another player from within league charter that has not played for this team as long as the player has their qualifying weeks in) of 1 player on the winning team to win trip money.
ü We will only be giving the trip money to the 3 players that won 1st place.
If the team only has 2 qualified players they can still go to The State Dart Tournament they will just not be winning trip money. They will be held responsible for all expenses.
q If a team wins 1st place in the fall session and 1st place in the winter session, they are only eligible for trip money once.
· The team winning 2nd place in the winter session will have the option of winning trip money.
Note
Bullseye Amusements will only go down to the 2nd place team winning trip money.

Chapter 7 |
You may run into some words that you are unsure of what the meaning is.
Ø Double In (DI): You’re score will not count until you first hit an outer ring double. The bull’s eye may not be used as a double in shot and will result in the loss of a game. Leagues A and above may not use the bull’s eye to double in.
Ø Double Out (DO): You must reach zero by hitting an outer ring double or a bull’s eye. The bull’s eye may not be used as a double out shot and will result in the loss of a game. Leagues A and above may not use the bull’s eye to double out.
Ø Handicapped Player: A player that is coming into the leagues using an existing PPD listed 2 years to date from another vending company.
Ø Hat trick: Three bulls in one throw (three darts)
Ø Hi-Ton: 151 or more points in one throw (three darts)
Ø Lock Out Rule: This rule states that for a player to be allowed to take a game out, his/hers partners score must be equal or less than combined total of the opponents two scores. The player’s personal score does not matter. If the lock out rule applies and a player takes the game out anyway the point will go to the opposing team.
Ø Low-Ton: 100 to 150 points in one throw (three darts)
Ø Non-rated Player: A player that does not have an established PPD or MPR, but has thrown their 5 games of count up and 5 games of cricket or has chosen to come in as a 25.0 and 3.0.
Ø SSPRE: A calculation of the entire league night, which is used to determine player of the week.
Ø Sub: A player that replaces a regular roster player that is signed on to the teams roster before the end of the 4th week of league play and has an existing PPD or has thrown 5 games of count up and 5 games of cricket.
Ø Ton: 100 or more points in one throw (three darts)
Ø White Horse: Cricket games three different un hit triples in on turn (All darts must count)
Ø 70 % Rule: Applies to non-rated and handicapped players. Non-Rated players and handicapped players cannot shoot more than 2 points above their PPD that they were brought in at, on any given night within league play. If they shoot 2 points over;
q 1st occurrence: Captain gets written warning.
q 2nd occurrence: The team will receive the 70% forfeit, which is
· 4 out of 13 games
· 6 out of 15 games
· 7 out of 17 games
If a non-rated player or a handicapped player is more than 2 points above their PPD the 70% RULE will apply.
